It is a dense, not too sweet  cake batter made with fresh ingredients that is baked on a rotating spit  in an oven over fire. While you rotate, the cake batter is poured over and over. It is a long process that makes beautiful branched hollow tree cakes. Each cake is handcrafted for you. It is the center piece on any table for any occasion with different flavors to choose from. It is a dessert that you will not feel guilty eating. We use natural ingredients and high quality pure chocolate for our drip.
