Caring for and Cutting Tree Cakes

Tree Cakes in a whole have a shelf life of 20 to 30 days If taken care of properly after serving. The Tree Cakes cannot be frozen. The best way to store them is in their wrapping in a dry dark place. Our cakes are wrapped in compostable cellophane made out of cellulose and paper ribbon. Our video below will show you the proper cutting process for serving your guests.
