At Festive Tree Cake Bakery we strive for client satisfaction. If for some reason your order does not meet our high standards of perfection. We will refund your order completely or ship a new order free of charge within a five day period. Note we must be notified in writing to the address below or called directly on our contact number.
Note all orders are insured to the value of completion. If your order arrives damaged beyond our expert packaging for some unseen events. Notify us immediately, keep the box and packaging materials. Take pictures of the outside and inside of the box. UPS insurance requirements are pictures of all sides of the box. We will file a claim within a timely manner and work with you to ship out another order.

We ship 200 pound crush proof double walled high end only, UPS box approved to travel though the logistic network. All Tree Cakes orders are packed with double boxes and sealed fresh with specialty three inch tape. Added stabilizer industrial air packs for zero shift in the boxes on transport.
