Chef Ernesta Her Husband Jake and Daughter Destiny

I was born in Lithuania. I came to America in 2000 when my mother won a green card. I figured out my passion pretty easily. I know that I love to entertain and cook for everyone. I went to culinary school in Cincinnati Ohio and have worked with many talented people around Cincinnati and the Cleveland Area. Then I became a mother and lost my own mother to a very rare cancer. It got me thinking and going back to my roots. Tree cakes are a beauty by itself and have been around for any occasion during my childhood for dessert or a snack. I remember dipping it in tea, hot chocolate, coffee and it just melts in your mouth. Living in the states working in the food industry I fell In love with many flavors here also. I wanted to bring the best of both worlds so I kept experimenting and that is how this bakery started. 

If you want to say thank you to someone, help someone feel better if they are sick, want to wish someone a happy holiday or celebration, the tree cakes are great for any occasion.
